Anis Lamllari

She holds the position of Advisor to the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs since February 2021.

Mrs. Lamllari graduated in Economics at the University of Tirana, and completed a postgraduate Master’s degree at the University of Rome, Tor Vergata, in Accounting, Analysis, and Public Administration, graduating with the maximum number of points.

She was trained in EU institutions for project management and has a long experience in managing projects funded by the EU, IPA, UN, national and international donors. It counts more than 40 projects implemented in the civil society sector and public administration. During the years 2013 – 2015 she held the position of Director of Projects at the Minister of State for Innovation and Public Administration and then in 2016 – 2017 she held the position of Director of the Cabinet at the Minister of State for Innovation and Public Administration.

She was part of the working group, representing one of the main institutions (Ministry of Innovation and Public Administration) for the implementation of the Anticorruption Strategy in Albania, being the Director of the Project “Support for Anti-Corruption Innovation: Building a Central Model of the Distribution of the Citizenship Service in Albania (ISDA)”.

In 2016, it was appointed as the National Point of Contact for the international communication unit with a focus on improving the telecommunications infrastructure, broadband internet, etc. Member of RESPA (Regional School of Public Administration) and National Coordinator for Governance Partnership Open in Albania.

During the years 2021-2022, he held the position of Head of the Operating Structure for territorial cooperation programs. He has teaching experience as a lecturer of “Operational Management” and Financial Accounting”.
She knows the following languages: English, Italian and French.
