In the frame of the INTEREG IPA II Cross-Border Cooperation (CBC) Programme Greece-Albania 2014-2020, the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of Albania, as the National Coordinator for Territorial Cooperation, invites interested candidates to apply for the following position:

Antenna Project Officer of the Joint Secretariat of INTERREG IPA CBC Programme Greece – Albania 2014-2020

Requirements and qualifications:

• University degree in any field of relevance to the programme topics, preferably a Master's degree;

• Fluency in both written and spoken English to be proved by any degree from an authorized institution;

• At least 3 years of general professional experience in the management of programmes or projects funded by the EU (Professional experience should be proven by insurance documentation or copies of employment contracts and if necessary a written confirmation from the candidate’s respective employer, translated in English);

• Computer literacy (word processing, preparation of presentations, use of data bases and monitoring procedures and systems).
