Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs

The Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Ferit Hoxha, has arrived in Türkiye to participate in the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, an international platform for high-level dialogue that brings together heads of state and government, ministers, diplomats, representatives of international organizations, and key global stakeholders.

This year’s edition of the Forum, to be held from 17 to 19 April 2026, is centered on the theme “Mapping Tomorrow, Managing Uncertainties,” reflecting the complex challenges facing the international order and the need for coordinated and comprehensive responses.

Minister Hoxha will be among the keynote speakers at the panel “Achieving Peace in the Balkans: Dialogue, Business, and Connectivity,” where he will highlight the importance of strengthening regional cooperation as a vital instrument for sustainable peace, economic development, and the European integration of the Western Balkans.

During his stay in Antalya, Minister Hoxha will hold a series of bilateral meetings with counterparts from EU member states, the region, and beyond, as well as with senior officials from international organizations.

In addition, the Minister will participate in the third meeting of the Balkan Peace Platform, an initiative launched by the Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hakan Fidan, aimed at advancing dialogue and regional cooperation in priority areas such as energy security, infrastructure connectivity, economic development, and security and defence cooperation.
