Procedures for Delisting Individuals and Entities from International Sanctions Lists in Albania

Pursuant to article 25, point 4/1 of Law no. 157/2013 “On Measures Against the Financing of Terrorism,” as amended, and Law no. 72/2019 “On International Restrictive Measures in the Republic of Albania”, as amended, we inform you that the procedures for submitting delisting requests by listed persons/entities, in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned law, to the relevant structures of the United Nations Security Council, can be found at the official UN website, as follows: https://www.un.org/securitycouncil/sanctions/delisting/delisting-requests
